A Honey Bee or honeybee is any bee member of the genius apis, primarily distinguish by the production and storage of honey and the construction of perennial,colonial nest from wax. Currently only seven species of honey bee are recognized, with a total of *4 subspecies, though historically, from six to eleven species have been recognized. The best known honey bee is the bee which has been demosticated for honey production and crop pollination. Honey bee represents only a small refrection of the roughly *0,**0 known species of bees. Some other type of related bees produce and store honey, including the stingless honey bees, but only the member of genius apis are true honey bees.
